Summary:
As a Senior Front End Developer in a company within our network, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing dynamic and engaging user interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of responsive web apps using HTML, CSS, and JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing user interfaces for exceptional user experience.
• Optimize front-end performance with techniques like code splitting, lazy loading, and caching, ensuring compatibility across browsers and devices. Implement accessibility best practices (WCAG), maintain code quality standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless feature delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Front End Developer, with a proven track record of delivering successful web applications.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first development principles.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
• Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility, and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
