We’re currently looking for a skilled & passionate Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at SCAYLE.
With SCAYLE, we offer our in-house developed eCommerce infrastructure as a licensed product for online retailers who want to grow quickly and innovatively. SCAYLE was launched as the first API solution for online retailers who want to scale their stores with ABOUT YOU’s proven infrastructure.
What you will do
Build high-traffic user interfaces with JavaScript and Vue.js
Work on the implementation of high-leverage features to optimize UX and conversion rates
Cooperate with skilled developers, managers, QA’s, and designers to ship new components and features
Draft architectural decisions together with the Tech Lead and explore new technologies
Have a direct impact on team processes through regular retrospectives
Exchange your knowledge with other developers and be part of our ABOUT YOU TECH community
Who you are
- At least 5 years of professional experience in frontend development
- Practical & recent experience with TypeScript as well as frameworks such as Vue 3, Nuxt 3, or Node.js
- In-depth knowledge of HTML, JS, and CSS
- Good background in building complex customer-facing products coming along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code, actively keeping the quality of the code base in check
- Used to work in an English-speaking environment
Nice to have
- Initial knowledge of Vue.js, Storefront and Scayle is an advantage
- First experience with Redis
