
Role Overview
As a Sr GCP Engineer, you will be the resident expert and engineering heart of our AI & Agentic capabilities, building and scaling agentic systems within the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between AI models and production-ready applications by building scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines required for enterprise AI.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include building and maintaining production-grade microservices and APIs, implementing and optimizing complex prompt templates, and productionizing AI systems using Cloud Run, GKE, and Vertex AI Agent Engine.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of experience building applications on Google Cloud Platform, and expert proficiency in Python and/or Go. Desired qualifications include Google Professional Cloud Developer certification and practical knowledge of the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
Requirements
8+ years of software engineering with a focus on backend development

Expert proficiency in Python and/or Go
Deep hands-on experience with Gemini (Pro/Flash), Vertex AI SDKs, Prompt Engineering, and Function Calling
