Requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
Proven ability to own processes end-to-end and execute independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across global teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, benefits platforms, LMS tools), including experience with Rippling preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Benefits
