Doxel is looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to build and scale their go-to-market and G&A hiring engine, partnering with senior leadership to shape how the company attracts, evaluates, and hires top talent.
Requirements
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Experience recruiting across multiple GTM and G&A functions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Finance, etc.)
Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment Benefits
