Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. This role is essential in partnering with both our leaders and clients on employee relations, growth and development, well-being, change management, and other critical HR areas. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing people development programs, driving performance management, engagement, retention, and career initiatives. Your strategic insights and solutions will help build and maintain high-performing, motivated, and impactful teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations and Leadership Coaching. Partner with and consult our leaders and clients on people-related topics;
  • People Development Programs. Develop and implement effective people development programs;
  • Policies and Procedures. Ensure HR policies compliance, and suggest new policies, approaches, and procedures;
  • Performance Management and Engagement. Drive performance management, engagement, retention, and career development initiatives by supporting annual performance reviews and mid-year checkpoints;
  • HR. Conduct HR orientation and onboarding activities: preonboarding, onboarding, probation period check-ins, exit interviews, offboarding;
  • Strategic Thinking. Act as a strategic advisor to the business on HR matters and help shape our People-related initiatives;
  • Client Communication. Serve as a key contact person for clients, effectively communicating and managing their HR-related needs and inquiries;
  • Cultural Competence. Understand and navigate cultural differences skillfully, addressing issues with cultural sensitivity and awareness;

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience working as an HR Manager or HR Generalist;
  • Client Communication. Proven experience as a contact person for clients, managing communication and addressing their needs effectively;
  • English Proficiency. Advanced English language skills, with proficiency at C1/C2 level;
  • Emotional Intelligence. Demonstrated ability to understand, empathize, and effectively manage interpersonal relationships, combined with a mindful and thoughtful approach;
  • Problem-Solving Skills. Proven problem-solving skills, with an ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied projects, deadlines and priorities;
  • Strategic Thinking. Strong strategic thinking abilities, with employee-focused and client-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Clear and Precise Communication. Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, ensuring that messages are understood by all parties;
  • Listening and Consulting. Exceptional listening skills, with the ability to coach and consult leaders on various HR issues;
  • HRIS and Analytics. Experience working with HRIS systems to maintain day-to-day data and leverage analytics tools;
  • Business communication. Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships;
  • Influencing Skills. A proven track record of positively influencing teams and their leaders to achieve better outcomes;
  • Cultural Awareness. Strong understanding of cultural differences and the ability to navigate issues with cultural sensitivity and skill;
  • Innovative Mindset. A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to introduce new HR practices and solutions;
