The role requires strong corporate HR experience, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate with influence in a complex, matrixed environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with the VP, HR for Sales and senior Commercial leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, growth objectives, and workforce needs.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership teams, providing strategic guidance on talent, organization design, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and change leadership.

    • Support HR strategy and execution for Sales and field-based commercial teams, ensuring people plans reflect the needs of distributed, customer-facing organizations.

    • Lead and support talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential identification processes, using data and insights to strengthen organizational capability.

    • Advise leaders on organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, operating model changes, productivity reviews, team effectiveness interventions, and change adoption planning.

    • Provide guidance on performance management, policy interpretation, employee relations, investigations, and workplace concerns, supporting consistent and compliant application of company policies and employment practices.

    • Use workforce analytics, talent metrics, and business data to identify trends, evaluate organizational health, and recommend practical actions that improve leader and employee experience.

    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions that support business outcomes.

    • Coach leaders on effective communication, inclusive leadership, employee engagement, accountability, and team performance.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency, consistency, and impact across the Commercial organization.

    Essential Requirements

    • Significant progressive Human Resources experience, including substantial experience in a senior HR Business Partner role within a corporate environment.

    • Demonstrated experience supporting Sales, Commercial, field-based, customer-facing, or revenue-generating teams.

    • Experience providing HR partnership to executive-level and senior leadership stakeholders, including the ability to influence, advise, and challenge leaders constructively.

    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, translate priorities into people strategies, and connect HR initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

    • Proven experience operating in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and cross-functional decision-making.

    • Strong capability in organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and performance management.

    • Experience supporting organizational change, including restructuring, change communication, stakeholder alignment, and adoption planning.

    • Strong employee relations judgment, including experience advising on workplace issues, policy application, investigations, and risk-aware decision-making.

    • Excellent consulting, coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

    • Ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on execution in a senior individual contributor capacity.

    • Clear, effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to senior leaders in a concise and practical way.

    • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive leadership practices and fair, consistent employment processes.

    Desirable Requirements

    • Experience supporting Commercial or Sales teams in food safety, life sciences, diagnostics, manufacturing, industrial, technology, healthcare, or other regulated or technical industries.

    • Experience partnering with global or multinational teams, including exposure to cross-border HR practices and geographically dispersed workforces.

    • Experience supporting large-scale sales transformations, go-to-market changes, territory redesign, or commercial effectiveness initiatives.

    • Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence to deploy enterprise talent, rewards, learning, engagement, or workforce planning programs.

    • Familiarity with HR systems, workforce dashboards, engagement platforms, or people analytics tools.

    • Advanced degree or professional HR certification, such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, PHR, or equivalent.

    What We Offer

    • A senior, high-impact HR business partnering role with direct exposure to Commercial and HR leadership.

    • The opportunity to shape talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and organizational capability across a key business area.

    • A collaborative, matrixed environment where strategic thinking, operational excellence, and continuous improvement are valued.
