User account lifecycle – creation, activation, deactivation
Daily GSAP postings per SOP
SM35 transaction file postings
Credit limit, exposure, and debit/credit note postings
Sales system and GSAP reconciliation
Bank and GSAP interface support
BI bug and data mismatch logging/escalation
Integration troubleshooting coordination
Wet Stock Management and VMI support routing
Sun–Thu, standard business hours plus after-hours for planned or critical activities
Fully remote
6 to 10 years IT operations/managed services experience, SAP/GSAP exposure, ITIL preferred
