Senior IT Manager

As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our IT department is hiring an IT Director to oversee company’s IT operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise. Reporting directly to the Global Head of IT, the IT Director will be responsible for managing Nozomi IT team, leading the corporate IT strategy, and overseeing cybersecurity measures to protect the company’s assets.

In this role, you will:

• Embody the Nozomi Networks Cultural Pillars and our mission to protect what matters most with transparency and trust
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of all IT systems and applications
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures
• Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure the protection of company data, networks, and systems against internal and external threats
• Manage, mentor, and develop a small IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team on complex IT issues
• Coordinate with other departments to understand and support their IT needs
• Act as a technical leader, able to troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement solutions directly when needed
• Participate in the deployment, configuration, and management of IT systems and networks

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Strong technical knowledge in areas such as ERP systems, network management, server administration, cloud services, and cybersecurity
• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team, while also being able to execute technical tasks directly
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results
• Understanding and ability to follow InfoSec guidelines and principles and IT services
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or ITIL
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $183,600 - $234,300. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
