Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Project Manager with experience in Networking and Infrastructure to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing complex IT projects within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery, on-time completion, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of IT project management principles, networking, and infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects related to healthcare network infrastructure and other networking initiatives specific to the healthcare industry.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies tailored to the unique challenges of healthcare network infrastructure projects.
  • Track and report project status, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network infrastructure to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare administrators, clinicians, and external vendors, to understand healthcare network infrastructure requirements and align them with project goals.
  • Address stakeholder concerns specific to healthcare network infrastructure projects and manage expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience 3+ years as an IT Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Managing short-term and long-term projects (4 weeks – 18 months)
  • Working knowledge of network infrastructure components for healthcare facilities or similar privacy protected organization
  • Experience with security administration processes specific to access levels in software applications
  • Procurement tracking; f/u with hardware purchase, work with procurement team to get all devices ordered/tacked, issue resolution, road block removals. Avoiding supply chain issues or resolving.
  • Able to begin projects in the planning phase though execution utilizing multiple tracking tools.
  • Up to 50% travel nationwide, as such a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) will be conducted on finalist

Compensation

  • Pay: $85,280-$136,032 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
