Senior Manager, CustomerProject Management– Radiology Informatics (PACS)
This isaprogram managementrole withpeopleleadershipresponsibilities,focused on overseeing the successful delivery of Radiology Informatics projects.
Your role:
Manage a “business cohort” with end-to-end accountability for multiple concurrent Radiology Informatics (PACS) implementation projects for new and existing customers, driving consistent delivery at quality, on time, and within budget.
Provide oversight throughout the project lifecycle byvalidatingthe scope, quality, and effort hours of project plans at initiation; conducting regular reviews of the critical path, risks, and issues; ensuring go-live readiness; and overseeing successful go-live execution and project closure.
Serve as the primary escalation point, engaging directly with customer executive sponsors and internal senior leaders to communicate status, risks, go/no-go recommendations, and success criteria.
Evolve frameworks for standard work, assessment mechanisms, and playbooks,proactivelyidentifying, staffing, and executing continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance ways of working.
Establish best practices for first-of-a-kind project types and partner cross-functionally with Release Management, Services Engineering, Implementation, Presales, and Sales to realize project-specific outcomes and drive optimization across projects.
Exercisepeopleleadership responsibility for project managers within the cohort, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities. Build a high-performing team.
You'rethe right fit if:
You’veacquired5+ years of experiencein healthcare IT with hands-on involvement in enterprise software implementationsandupgrades and have Prior Radiology informatics - PACS experience.
You have prior people leadership experience, including directly managing, coaching, and developing team members (e.g., project managers or similar roles).
Your skills include programandproject management, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and executive-level communication; experience working across matrixed teams isrequired.
You are skilled at managing complex customer interactions, including with executive stakeholders, and you are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
You are passionate about continuous process improvement anda go-getterwho proactively seeks ways toimprovethe status quo and grow your team.
You area highly reliableproblem-solver with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who does not shy away from a challenge. Affinity and prior experience with KPIsisa bonus
You have aBachelor’sdegree in a relevant field (or 8+ years of equivalent experiencein healthcare IT); PMP, CSM,PgMP, or similar certification ispreferred

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities,generally atthe customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $117,000 to $186,000.
The pay range for this position in AK, DE, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $123,000 to $195,000.
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $131,000 to $208,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as anannual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-termincentivesmay be offered.
