Senior Manager DACH- Business Development

Right now, we’re expanding our Industrials and Manufacturing practice and are looking for a Senior Manager to focus on Business Development across DACH and the Nordics to join the team. As a Senior Manager you will support the growth of our Industrials & Manufacturing practice with a focus on DACH and the Nordics. You will work with industry-leading clients to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity. You’ll save lives, drive performance and improve the working lives of all your clients’ employees.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Develop new business and manage existing accounts

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders

• Discover opportunities to make our clients safer, more productive and more sustainable

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

• Strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute a go-to-market plan

• Manage call campaigns with external parties

• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs

• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions

Requirements

Who are you today?

Ideally, you will hold a degree/master’s degree in engineering or a business-related field, coupled with 10 plus years’ experience in management consulting with previous exposure to operations consulting.

You will demonstrate deep knowledge of Industrials & manufacturing, and you will have demonstrated the ability to sell complex operations consulting services at C-level with large industrials & manufacturing clients.

You will have a proven track record of achieving business growth and revenue targets.

A strong network within the industry and the ability to leverage contacts to drive business.

You're a thought leader. Able to leverage your knowledge to identify themes, trends and challenges within the sector and guide clients and create talking points.

You will speak fluent German and English but also be comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of cultures and nationalities (additional European languages are a significant advantage)

And you will have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. Like us.

Although the preference is for this individual to be based in Germany, you could also be based in the UK, Switzerland, France or Belgium as long as you are prepared to regularly travel to DACH/Nordics
