About The Team:
Postman is looking for a Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to lead and up-level a growing team of Field Marketing Managers. This role requires an experienced professional with proven success in driving and accelerating pipeline and brand awareness in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating cross-functionally with sales, MOPs, PMM, Demand Gen, and more, and be a pro at developing a strategic calendar of events that align with Postman’s objectives and sales goals. High level of experience and skill in Salesforce, data analysis and reporting are a must. We are looking for someone who is team-centric to join our small, but mighty crew, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and do the work, but also have the confidence and business acumen to nail executive-level engagements and reporting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Min. 10 years in B2B Marketing
- Establish event objectives, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders
- Execute and iterate upon Postman’s field strategy to drive net new sales leads, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen our customer relationships
- Own lead generation and pipeline targets
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that all aspects of the event are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Lead and nurture a team of Field Marketing Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Continually iterate on event strategies, with comprehensive post-event evaluations to assess the success of the event against established KPIs
- Ability to travel as needed to support regional marketing activities and events
You would be a great fit if you:
- Expertise in all aspects of field event execution, including strategy, analytics, budgeting, logistics, and content development
- High level of proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM software, with the ability to analyze data to manage and report on all aspects of our contribution to the pipeline
- Advanced knowledge of the marketing & sales funnel
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and events simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and decision-making

This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $149,005 to $201,595, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
