Compensation Range: $121,000-$160,000 PLUS BONUS

Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

The Senior Manager HRIS is responsible for leading and managing the strategic direction, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves overseeing the HR technology landscape, ensuring systems are optimized to meet business needs, and leading a team of HRIS professionals. The Senior Manager HRIS will work closely with HR leadership, IT, and external vendors to ensure the effective and efficient use of HR technology solutions to drive business results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HRIS Management & Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of the HRIS strategy in alignment with the overall HR and business strategy.
  • Manage the HRIS system(s) lifecycle, including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Ensure HRIS systems are integrated effectively with other enterprise systems.
  • Oversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Project Management:

  • Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Oversee the management of HR data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Lead efforts to enhance data-driven decision-making across the HR function.

System Optimization & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within HRIS.
  • Stay current with HR technology trends, best practices, and emerging solutions.
  • Drive the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance HR operations.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure HRIS systems comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
  • Manage system audits and ensure data privacy and security standards are maintained.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology to keep the organization competitive and relevant.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HRIS professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to the HRIS team and other HR professionals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in HRIS management, including full system replacement and implementation and project management.
  • 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Experience with global HRIS implementations and managing HR technology across multiple regions.

COMPETENCIES:
• Extensive knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Proven experience in project management, including leading large-scale HRIS implementations.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: Up to 15%.
