Senior Manager, Internal Audit

What You’ll Do:

• Work with Director of Internal Audit to build out the companies first internal audit department.
• Review the Company’s current internal controls and provide recommendations to strengthening internal controls following the COSO Framework.
• Assist the Director of Internal audit in bringing the Company into compliance with SOX 404.
• Complete internal control testing and walkthoughs. Create flowcharts and process documents.
• Provide recommendations for enhancing controls or adding new controls.

What We Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA designation a plus.
• 10+ years’ experience in internal audit, with at least 5+ years’ experience at a public company.
• Knowledge of the COSO Internal Control Framework.
• General knowledge and experience with SOX internal controls
• Experience working for a P&C Insurance carrier is desirable.

The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US annual base salary range for this full-time position:$120,000—$175,000 USD
