  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor messaging and campaigns that resonate with local audiences while maintaining a consistent global brand voice.
  • Oversee the development of localized content and storytelling, ensuring it is culturally relevant and speaks to the health, wellness, and lifestyle trends in each market.
  • Monitor market trends and media landscapes in key regions to identify opportunities for proactive communications and brand elevation.
  • Champion Oura’s brand narrative and ensure it is effectively communicated across all international channels, including digital media, traditional PR, influencer partnerships, and events.

  • Agency Management
    • Oversee and manage relationships with external PR agencies in Tier 1 markets across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global brand strategy, consistency in messaging, and the execution of high-impact media campaigns.
    • Manage PR agency budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and the delivery of campaigns within financial parameters.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
    • Partner with product, marketing, retail, member experience, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints in international markets.
    • Work closely with the global marketing team to ensure communications efforts align with product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives.
    • Collaborate with local teams to coordinate regional events, sponsorships, and influencer activations that promote Oura’s mission and vision.
  • Measurement Reporting
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for international communications efforts, regularly reporting on the effectiveness and impact of campaigns.
    • Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize communications strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional growth targets.
