Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Support to help evolve our Customer Support operation. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will drive positive outcomes within our Tech Support, Privacy, and Billing specialists.
You will play a crucial role in bridging operational activities with business outcomes, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and driving necessary adjustments. Your innovative mindset will drive the ideation and implementation of solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, bolster business performance, and empower our employees.
