The Position:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Paid Social to join our Marketing team. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns to drive, primarily app installs and new team creations from across digital channels. You will play a key part in achieving business objectives by maximizing the effectiveness and ROI of paid advertising initiatives

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, target audience, and market trends

  • Utilize audience segmentation and targeting capabilities to reach relevant demographics, interests, and behaviors with tailored messaging and offers. Test different audience segments and targeting parameters to optimize campaign reach and effectiveness.

  • Manage the paid marketing budget effectively, allocating resources across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI. Monitor spending, adjust budgets as needed, and ensure adherence to financial targets and OKRs

  • Identify key opportunities and channels for investment based on audience insights and competitive analysis.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok, YouTube and programmatic networks.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-quality ad creatives (copy, imagery, videos) that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines. Conduct A/B testing and creative optimization to identify top-performing assets.

  • Manage agency against the strategic initiatives and deliverables of the GTM team.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience (5-7+ years) in managing paid social media campaigns.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding KPIs in paid social campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with ad management tools and platforms.

  • Certifications in social media advertising (e.g. Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and organizations

  • Experience working in a start-up to scale environment

  • Previous SaaS experience in both B2B and B2C preferred

  • Change-ready - you understand that things constantly evolve and can flawlessly adapt and excel within a hyper-growth environment

The target salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $175,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
