Job Description

Carat is hiring a Senior Manager, Paid Social to support one of our largest clients.

Reporting to the Director, you will plan and activate paid social campaigns across a variety of channels such as Meta, X, and LinkedIn, among others. You’ll lead a team of junior colleagues while also working in a client-facing capacity, presenting QBRs and participating in strategy and planning meetings.

You Will...

  • Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.
  • Manage daily paid social operations.
  • Manage and/or mentor junior team members.
  • Work directly with client to discuss strategy, planning.

· Present QBRs to client

  • Attend planning meetings with client.
  • Provide POVs both proactively and when requested
  • Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services
  • Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.

Qualifications

You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in paid social media
  • Previous experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
  • Knowledge of other paid channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Display, etc.
  • Experience within CPG verticals, and managing large paid social budgets

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-110,000. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
