As Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency across the company. You will be responsible for optimizing and aligning key revenue-generating functions, including sales operations, marketing operations, and customer success. Through data management within our systems and cross-collaboration, you will ensure that the company maximizes revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional value to customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives and make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.

How You’ll Contribute:

As our Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you will develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with WellSaid Labs’ goals and market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue optimization initiatives.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales operations processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales compensation. Implement systems and tools to enhance sales productivity and performance.
  • Marketing Operations Oversight: Partner with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and marketing ROI. Streamline processes for lead management, scoring, and nurturing.
  • Customer Success Alignment: Work closely with the customer success team to ensure alignment between revenue goals and customer satisfaction metrics. Identify opportunities to drive upsells, renewals, and expansion revenue. Support operational foundations for Customer Success Tool.
  • Systems and Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue operations systems and technologies, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Ensure seamless integration and alignment across all revenue-related functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams. Serve as a strategic partner to department leaders, providing insights and support to drive revenue growth.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Strive to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you have successfully managed the day-to-day operations of CRM systems while driving revenue strategy and overarching revenue operations (RevOps) initiatives. You excel in optimizing CRM functionalities to enhance sales productivity and performance while simultaneously strategizing and implementing broader revenue operations systems and processes. You bring a comprehensive understanding of revenue operations principles and best practices, leveraging your expertise to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and implement scalable solutions that drive sustainable revenue growth.

You also have some combination of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a related field (Business Administration, Marketing, MBA)
  • 2+ years of experience leading revenue operations strategy
  • 3+ years of sales operations experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience managing Hubspot or similar CRM (Salesforce, etc.)
  • Demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional partnership, specifically Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and Finance
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, with experience in implementing and optimizing CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience in a remote environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

As a startup, we strive to be externally competitive with companies at a similar size and stage, and internally fair in our pay practices. The hiring salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 and represents the target offer range given the scope and experience expectations for this role.

In hiring, we are generally open to a range of experiences and levels, and recognize that as a candidate you may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted. If that's the case, an updated salary range will be shared with you if you move forward in our hiring process.

As a WSL team member, once you are hired, the salary range for your role expands to ensure you are able to receive performance-based raises and grow in your role.
