SUMMARY

As the Senior Manager, Tech Curriculum Development and Delivery at Wiz, you will lead and manage a dynamic team responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of cutting-edge technical curricula. Your team will include Tech Curriculum Developers, Instructional Designers, Tech Trainers, and Lab Architects, all working together to create high-quality, impactful learning experiences for our customers, partners, and employees. You will ensure that our training programs are innovative, effective, and aligned with industry standards and the latest technological advancements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the curriculum development process from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with industry needs and organizational goals.
  • Manage and mentor a team of curriculum developers, instructional designers, technical trainers, and lab architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs, including online, in-person, and hybrid models, tailored to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and clients to identify training needs and develop strategies to address those needs effectively.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods through regular review, feedback, and incorporation of the latest educational technologies and methodologies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of curriculum development and training delivery projects.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, education, and training to ensure our curricula remain relevant and impactful.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field, and 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of current educational technologies, programming languages, software development practices, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Experience in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and curriculum mapping.
