Tickmill is looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics & Tracking Consultant to lead the implementation of a full end-to-end conversion tracking and attribution framework.
This role will bridge Marketing, BI, and IT, ensuring we can accurately track and optimize performance across the entire funnel: Media Spend → Click → Registration → Deposit → Revenue.
This is a fixed-term contract role for up to 6 months.

Objective
Build a single, reliable source of truth for performance tracking to:
Identify which channels and campaigns drive funded clients and net deposits
Optimize marketing based on real business outcomes (FTD, revenue)
Align data across ad platforms, website, and backend systems Scope of work
Tracking foundation
Audit and fix existing Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup
Ensure correct and consistent GA4 implementation
Validate all core tracking events Conversion event tracking
Define and implement tracking for key business events:
Registration / Lead
KYC completion
First-time deposit (FTD)
Deposits
Active clients / LTV Attribution framework
Define attribution logic (first-touch, assisted, etc.)
Distinguish brand vs non-brand organic traffic
Define and enforce UTM structure
Establish clear attribution rules
Align data across:
Ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
Website (GA4)
CRM (HubSpot)
Client Area (Product)
Google Search Console SEO analytics & tracking
SEO analytics within GA4
Organic search attribution challenges
Content and landing page performance tracking
Multi-touch attribution (SEO as assist channel) Server-side & backend tracking
Implement server-side tracking / Conversion APIs
Capture and pass identifiers (gclid, fbclid, user IDs)
Send verified conversion events (FTD, deposits) back to ad platforms BI & data integration
Ensure data flows into BI for reconciliation:
Media spend
Website activity
CRM / trading data
Enable reporting on:
CPA (per FTD)
Cost per funded client
Net deposits by channel/campaign Deliverables

Strong hands-on experience with GTM and GA4
Experience with conversion tracking across lead-to-revenue funnels
