Duties:
Lead brand building and acquisition in North America (US & Canada) by simultaneously: 1) Designing and implementing bespoke audience-based initiatives and campaigns for this market, leveraging global resources to bring them to life and 2) Collaborating with the global team to localize and land our global strategy.
Be the expert on local audiences, purchasing patterns, seasonalities, pain points and decision journeys across businesses of different sizes and industries to inform and prioritize our marketing strategy and messaging across channels (Organic, Paid, Sales Enablement, Events), so as to deliver the right message and initiative to the right audience at the right time.
Identify regional differences within NAM, informing our marketing strategy with a geographical lens.
Spearhead marketing innovation by testing new ideas.
Partner with NAM Events Manager to define local events program (sponsored, owned and partner events), while enabling event execution (e.g content creation, pre and post event follow up, etc.)
Act as a point of contact for the NAM Sales Organization, providing regular updates (results & activities) and gathering feedback.
Gather quality feedback directly from SDRs/AEs to optimize marketing efforts on an ongoing basis.
Identify co-marketing opportunities with the likes of local HR associations.
Requirements:
You have been responsible for B2B brand building and lead generation in NAM your previous roles, directly impacting revenue.
You have proven ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and influence decision-making.
You can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows.
You are adaptable and comfortable with a very fast-paced environment.
You are action-oriented, and known for your ability to execute with excellence. But, can also see and understand the bigger picture.
You are comfortable with setting up dashboards and using the latest analytics tools to track the performance of your initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
You have native level proficiency in English.
You are based in NAM.
