- Own and manage our website in Webflow, both content and technical setup.
- Partner with a marketing agency to grow our LinkedIn presence.
- Design creative campaigns that attract Learning & Development and Digital Transformation leaders.
Be Our Analytics Hawkeye 🕵️♂️
- Keep an eye on HubSpot analytics and key performance metrics.
- Analyze traffic and conversions to provide actionable insights.
Uncover New Channels and Tactics 💡
- Experiment with new strategies like paid LinkedIn and Google ads.
- Shape and fine-tune our SEO to maximize visibility and reach.
- Experiment with a lead magnet AI course to attract new audiences.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing (with large enterprises as the ICP)
- 2+ years of experience in in managing brand and positioning for niche audiences.
- Brings a proven track record of creating and managing events (both online and offline) that engage and convert ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
- Has a strong understanding of web management tools like Webflow and CRM Systems like HubSpot.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
- Demonstrates ownership, is proactive in proposing solutions, and follows through on commitments.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills and is fluent in English.
This is a plus:
- Faimiliarity with paid campaigns and optimizing content for SEO.
- Is fluent in German.
- Is experienced in Learning and Development or Generative AI adoption in Large enterprises.
- Has experience in building a marketing unit from scratch in a small company
