Lotlinx is experiencing tremendous growth and has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing operations strategies in collaboration with the marketing leadership team to support company goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, events, and other promotional activities, ensuring seamless integration across multiple channels.
- Analytics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks to track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- Marketing Automation: Lead the implementation and management of marketing automation tools such as CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools to streamline processes, improve lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve marketing processes, workflows, and systems to increase operational efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders including sales, product management, customer success, and finance to align marketing operations with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and ensure the cost-effective utilization of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years in marketing operations preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of success in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics) and their integration to optimize marketing operations. Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a must.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance marketing strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and developing high-performing marketing operations teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
