Consulting, strategy development, analysis, management, and optimization of online marketing channels:
SEA (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Affiliate marketing
Product search engines / price comparison sites
Programmatic advertising: Display & remarketing (RTB / RTA)
Social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, XING Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Marketing automation / email marketing
Responsibility for media planning and advertising materials
Management of external service providers
Consulting for clients and key accounts
Monitoring of key metrics and budgets from a performance perspective
Optimization and provision of product data, e.g., for Google Shopping
Identification of usability and conversion potential
Responsibility for budget and revenue
Web analytics / tracking / evaluation & interpretation
Goal optimization: CPL, CPO, KUR, ROAS
Client workshops, including on-site visits

Requirements
Profile / Skills
MUST-HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in economics and/or a comparable degree program/training
At least 2 years of experience in online marketing and 3 years of professional experience
Decisiveness, strong negotiation skills, and assertiveness
Customer-focused, independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style with a strong service orientation
Strong affinity for online platforms
Eye for design and layout, as well as technical and marketing copy
Ability to work precisely, reliably, and results-oriented under time pressure
Professional and business-appropriate demeanor toward colleagues, customers, and partners
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
We expect a high level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to travel occasionally (domestically)
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Enthusiasm and creativity
Experience in e-commerce and online stores
Basic knowledge of areas such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
Google Ads certifications, other online marketing certifications
