About You:
Are you an experienced UI/UX designer passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric experiences that genuinely benefit users? As our Senior or Head UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rolle. You will be responsible for the entire user journey, from onboarding new users to facilitating seamless transactions and fostering a thriving marketplace community.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of our digital products from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and translate them into elegant, user-centric designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
- Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- Mentor and coach all Rollers, fostering a culture of experience-first approach.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, including user interface design, interaction design, and user research.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and rationale.
- Experience working in agile development processes and familiarity with product management tools like Linear.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a passion for tackling complex problems and driving innovation.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous work experience in a marketplace is a plus.
