Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Expert to join our team in the Order to Cash. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and possess in-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, including advance revenue management, billing/invoicing, credits, scripting, reporting and workflow configurations.
The role would require the person to work from our Mumbai Office at least 2-3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Lead the optimization of NetSuite, specifically focusing on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
Work closely with the revenue team on various month-end revenue accounting tasks in Advance Revenue Management
Support Order to Cash team with month-end close process
Design, develop, and maintain NetSuite reporting, save searches, scripts and workflows to enhance business processes especially related to revenue recognition and invoicing
Perform monthly reporting for support of Board of Directors and audited financial statements
Conduct end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and performance.
Provide functional expertise and guidance on NetSuite capabilities and best practices.
Work with various stakeholders to clearly document end to end order to cash process flow
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite configurations and customization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are accurately translated into system implementations.
Prepare and deliver training to users on NetSuite functionalities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in NetSuite ERP, with a specific focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
At least 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash area
Education - Chartered Accountant or accounting degree preferred
Strong experience in advance revenue management, scripting and creating workflows within NetSuite.
Experience with Salesforce and Certinia is preferred
Ability to perform comprehensive end-to-end system testing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and functional knowledge of NetSuite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with various business stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Relevant certifications in NetSuite are highly preferred
