About the Team:

Netlify’s Partnerships team plays a pivotal role in our top-line and long-term growth by collaborating closely with customers and partners across the globe, helping them modernize their web development.

Netlify is searching for a Sr. Partner Manager to expand channel development efforts with our fast growing Agency Partner ecosystem. With our team, you'll be building relationships and growth plans with key agencies, systems integrators (SI), and consultancies to deliver joint business goals. As a member of the Netlify Partner Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a diverse and inclusive global partner network for one of the fastest growing developer platforms in the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Recruit and onboard new partners into the Netlify Agency Program while fostering collaborative customer opportunities for partners and Netlify.
  • Cultivate relationships with multiple champions within agencies, including at the senior level, and understand their business strategy, organizational structure, and go-to-market focus. You'll become their trusted advisor and advocate for our partners’ needs internally.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to empower and engage existing partners through education initiatives, and you'll partner with Sales in joint selling efforts to grow their usage of Netlify with customers.
  • Sustain a pipeline of partnership opportunities that enhance both Netlify's reach and revenue.
  • Conduct business reviews with partners to drive accountability and report on achievements.

What You'll Bring:

  • A breadth of experience, with several years of proven success in building relationships with customer or partner teams, particularly in a technical SaaS environment within roles such as Account Management, Partner Management, or Sales
  • Familiarity with digital agencies/SIs with dedicated composable web development and enterprise software practices such as AWS, Google Cloud, content management systems (CMS), and ecommerce platforms
  • A history of providing outstanding partner experiences with outstanding business judgement, ability to think at scale yet can make progress incrementally with individual partners
  • Well-versed in effective communication, possessing excellent spoken, written, and presentation skills.

At Netlify, we are committed to equal pay for equal work. Netlify anchors our compensation philosophy on a market-based approach, therefore salary ranges may differ depending on the cost of labor in a particular location. Our base compensation for this role is targeted at $95,900 - $129,500 for most US-based locations. Because this role is eligible to participate in Netlify's commission plan, it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $137,000 to $185,000. Candidates based outside of the US or in premium markets such as New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, and Austin should consult with their Talent Acquisition partner regarding location-based ranges, as it may be higher or lower than the average US range listed. The starting pay will be determined based on multiple factors, including expertise and skills, market demands, experience, internal equity, and applicable geographic location. The salary provided is in addition to robust benefits and participation in Netlify’s equity plan. These compensation packages and ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.
