About the Role:

As a Senior Analyst on the Properties team you will be the SME for Pavement-related projects and the key contributor to ensuring our team is technically proficient, knowledgeable and prepared to complete analysis on Properties inspections. You will work closely with Properties Analysis leadership and the Properties Analysis team to develop the expertise and growth of our analysts, and help ensure we delight our clients by delivering high quality, timely reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed and effective training throughout the Properties Analysis team within area of focus
  • Work closely with senior properties leadership to improve our internal services and offerings for our clients
  • Implement standardization among how we do analysis within the team to improve quality and efficiency
  • Be an authority in a specific area of focus/deliverable and be the lead point of contact for analysts working within said deliverable
  • Develop and lead initiatives focused on improving the analysis process within your area of focus, working with other departments across the organization as needed
  • Lead, perform and develop out analysis quality checks process within area of focus
  • Provide feedback to analysts for growth and learning
  • Support Senior Properties leadership on tasks to grow, evolve and improve the team
  • Supporting the updating and maintenance of analysis documentation
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and innovation, and collaborative problem solving
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Analysis & Reporting Manager or Senior Analysis Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • Service as the Subject Matter Expert for Pavement analysis
  • 5+ years of experience in Construction estimation, property insurance, thermography, construction contracting, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and without constant oversight
  • 3+ years of relevant experience working in a client-focused environment and/or fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high quality standards
  • Strong analytical skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving
  • Experience in responding quickly and efficiently to organizational and operational changes
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (e.g.: Office suite, Slack, Zoom, Google).
  • Able to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with global team as needed, while managing and maintaining positive work-life balance
