As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Own the planning and management of paid channels like Google Adwords, Gartner sites, G2, Microsoft Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Ensure that our ads accounts and every component associated with them are fully compliant with the respective policies
- Own the entire funnel for leads coming from the PPC Channel as a whole (from lead generation to closed wons)
- Develop and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms to increase conversions
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and create ad copies that are compelling, relevant and targeted to the right audience
- Propose, initiate, and implement optimizations in the ad channels
- Propose, initiate, and implement different experiments to explore growth opportunities. The idea is to increase our lead generation efforts month over month against the planned budget
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to make data-driven decisions and maximize ROI from advertising
- Collaborate to align paid advertising efforts with broader marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advertising trends in the automotive industry to drive innovation and results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong academics from a top institution
- 3+ years of professional experience in managing revenue-generating PPC campaigns. PPC Management in B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of past successes and role progression
- Strong knowledge of mentioned paid channels and how they are evolving during the AI revolution
- Eagerness to learn new channels and a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality
- Analytical mindset and experience with budget management, bid strategy, and cost-per-conversion optimization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize between competing tasks
- Passion for startups and for solving tough problems
- Sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
