    About this role

    Your Role

    • Collaborate with producers, team leads, and directors to manage the production of our game’s features in partnership with our studio partner.

    • Work with other producers to establish realistic schedules, identify dependencies, and set priorities.

    • Lead production for one or more development teams (pods) or strike teams on AAA console titles, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex gameplay systems, features, and content, from concept through certification and launch.

    • Collaborate with leaders across various domains (design, engineering, art, quality assurance, studio, etc.) to define scope, sprint goals, and milestones; establish and maintain schedules, resource plans, and roadmaps that account for dependencies between teams.

    • Coordinate with game leadership regarding feature scope, quality objectives, and release readiness, ensuring that roadmap decisions support both the creative vision and delivery commitments.

    • Provide clear, data-driven reports on progress, risks, resource utilization, and milestone status; promptly flag issues and define trade-offs to enable informed decision-making at the executive level.

    • Lead scope management and scenario planning for multiple development or response teams, balancing quality, performance, technical risks, and schedule constraints within fixed console launch windows.

    • Coordinate execution across teams, ensuring that response teams are appropriately staffed, dependencies are resolved, and production processes enable the achievement of planned milestones.

    • Manage internal and external development partners as needed, including establishing budget forecasts, tracking against actual results, and ensuring that deliverables meet console technical and quality standards.

    • Continuously improve production workflows, risk management practices, and launch processes to support the large-scale development of AAA games and on-time platform submissions.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Collaborating with Producers, Leads, and Directors to manage the production of features in our game together with our partner studio.

    • Working with other Producers to create realistic schedules, identify dependencies, and align on priorities

    • Own production for one or more AAA console pods or strike teams, accountable for end-to-end delivery of complex gameplay systems, features, and content from concept through certification and launch.

    • Partner with discipline leads (Design, Engineering, Art, QA, Audio, etc.) to define scope, sprint goals, and milestone targets; build and maintain schedules, resource plans, and roadmaps that account for cross-team dependencies,

    • Drive alignment with game leadership on feature scope, quality targets, and release readiness, ensuring roadmap decisions support both creative vision and shipping commitments.

    • Provide clear, data-driven reporting on status, risks, burn-down, and milestone health; escalate early and frame trade-offs to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.

    • Lead scope management and scenario planning across multiple development pods or strike teams, balancing quality, performance, technical risk, and schedule realities within fixed console release windows.

    • Coordinate cross-team execution, ensuring strike teams are appropriately staffed, dependencies are resolved, and production processes support predictable milestone delivery.

    • Manage internal and external development partners as needed, including budget forecasting, tracking against actuals, and ensuring deliverables meet console technical and quality standards.

    • Continuously improve production workflows, risk management practices, and release processes to support large-scale AAA development and on-time platform submissions. Qualifications and Experience

    • Over 5 years of experience in video game production, including at least 3 years at the senior producer level.

    • Experience working with remote teams across multiple time zones to meet deadlines and quality standards.

    • End-to-end delivery of at least one multiplatform AAA title as a producer.

    • Leadership of cross-functional teams of over 20 developers throughout production cycles.

    • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated production plans, from concept to certification.

    • Strong experience in stakeholder management, aligning teams, clients, and management around shared priorities.

    • In-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with advanced skills in planning and risk management.

    • Experience mentoring producers and managing the end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary features.

    • Additional asset: working in partnership with external client developers and publishing in co-development environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with all types of audiences.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • 5+ years in game production, including 3+ years at the Senior Producer level.

    • Worked across multiple time zones with remote teams to deliver on time and to quality standards.

    • Shipped at least one AAA multi-platform title end-to-end as a Producer.

    • Led cross-functional teams of 20+ developers through full production cycles.

    • Proven ability to build and execute integrated production plans from concept through certification.

    • Strong stakeholder management experience, aligning teams, clients, and leadership around shared priorities.

    • Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with advanced scheduling and risk management skills.

    • Experience mentoring producers and driving multi-disciplinary feature delivery end-to-end.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all audience levels.
