You develop and improve dashboards and reports for the standardized monitoring of web store performance
You support our Product Management team with insights from analyses and testing related to onsite user behavior and web tracking
You ensure the appropriate setup, the valid application and evaluation of data, as well as the further development of the area
You will conduct structured, critical analyses of the shops, shop elements, the funnel, and technical performance
You will develop hypotheses with stakeholders (Onsite Products & Marketing), design appropriate tests, and evaluate them
Together with another analyst and a data engineer, you will further develop our PowerBI reporting landscape
You will standardize and optimize processes within your department and share your knowledge with your colleagues
Your passion is optimizing data-driven products
You bring experience in product development through reporting, analytics & insights, ideally in retail or e-commerce
You have already gained experience with conversion funnel analysis (ideally in web shops)
You have very good knowledge of SQL and BigQuery (querying and transformation)
You also demonstrate in-depth expertise in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
You proactively resolve any ambiguities regarding Jira tickets to ensure that not only is the ticket closed, but the internal client is satisfied.
You are a team player, eager to learn, and motivated to further develop your area within the company
Plus: You have experience in preparing, conducting, and evaluating statistical tests (especially A/B tests)
Plus: Knowledge of R or Python
