About the Role:
As a Senior Product Designer at TeamSense, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. You will be responsible for executing our product strategy and driving the implementation of product design for both the employee experience (primarily SMS and mobile web) as well as our admin-facing web app, catering to the needs of hourly workers and their supervisors in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small team with significant potential for growth and ownership.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in product design, including interaction design, visual design, user research, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of client objectives and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
- Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
- Passion for your craft and a drive to improve the status quo
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fully remote startup environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in UX/Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Industrial Design, or similar fields

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the leadership, product, and design team members to ideate on intuitive enhancements to the user experience based on customer learnings
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and quality
- Define design requirements and deliver designs based on user research and internal team insights
- Conduct user research with customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Share user research findings with GTM, engineering and data teams to ensure cross-functional teams are well-educated on emerging needs and trends
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure high-quality implementation of designs, including participating in sprint activities and providing visual and UX quality assurance
- Thoughtfully revise existing designs to meet changing customer requirements
- Identify new product improvement opportunities and analyze their impact
Tech Stack
- We primarily work in Figma, supported by Notion, Storybook, and Jira. We occasionally work in Canva to create templates for the sales, marketing, success, and support teams.

Base Salary Range: $100k-$140k
