AgentSync is hiring a senior product designer to be our first in-house design hire. We are looking for someone that can bring a vision and systems-driven approach to enterprise, user-facing products and embedded systems that will change the foundation of the insurance industry.

This role will oversee the design strategy and execution of AgentSync’s flagship product that is built on Salesforce and potentially be asked to bring exceptional product design across the rest of our portfolio. The right candidate is ambitious, follows first principles in user research, and finds excitement at the thought of an opportunity to take part in the growth of the overall Product Design function at AgentSync.

This role provides the opportunity to be a Product and Brand thought leader, deliver exceptional user experiences driven by customer data/insights and business goals, solve complex business problems through design thinking, lead and inspire a wildly talented Product team, and work directly with amazing customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end product design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Responsible for design leadership and partnering with product, engineering, customer facing teams
  • Development of style guide to harmonized design elements across the product
  • Work closely with the Head of Product on product design strategy and initiatives
  • Understand and translate the product vision throughout the company

Your experience:

  • 5+ years of product design experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce design, ensuring intuitive user interfaces for enhanced productivity and system performance.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and customers
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design in driving business success.
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
  • You’re comfortable using Figma and have your own preferred customer interview and research tooling you count on everyday (The Head of Product will nerd out with you on this, no doubt)
  • Startup / high growth startup experience is a strong plus

AgentSync is a powerful, easy-to-use Compliance as a Service solution, directly integrating regulatory database sources of truth (i.e. NIPR, FINRA) with core business systems (i.e. Salesforce) so we can automate the critical business processes associated with these compliance requirements.

We’re a new-school solution tackling an age-old, ubiquitous problem with smart technology and automation in a market full of inefficient, high-cost solution options - spreadsheets, manual processes, legacy software, more headcount, outsourcing, etc.

Salary:

In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.

Denver/Boulder Metro

$140,000 - 180,000 + Annual Bonus

Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity programs.
