What We're Looking for:
We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering self-driving (L4) products that make the way we move safer, faster, and more efficient. We seek mission-driven, highly skilled people with deep experience in fast-paced, rapidly growing, tech development environments.
The Product Team sits at the nexus of the Engineering, Business, and Operations teams. We identify opportunities and prioritize the company’s collective efforts by understanding our customers, our technology, and our business objectives.
What Success Looks Like:
- Engineering or quantitative degree with strong technical aptitude.
- At least 5+ years of Product Management or related industry experience.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, and ability to influence without authorit.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, ability to context switch between major focus areas.
- If based remotely, the ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
