Millions of sales and service customers use our calling channel every day to connect with their customers and grow their business. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Manager to join us in taking the Calling channel and our customers to the next level of growth.
As a seasoned Senior Product Manager on the Calling Product team, you will play a crucial role in leading two critical and distinct missions. Your first mission will be driving the calling platform extensibility and integration vision and roadmap empowering customers to use any 3rd party calling tool and app of their choice in the HubSpot ecosystem. You will own and drive the direction of bringing integrations in our HubSpot marketplace across voice, video and conversation intelligence verticals. You will own the vision and direction of these channels and integrations to deeply integrate in our sales and service teams workflow and enable sales and service teams to use these apps to close more deals and scale support.
You will also partner closely with the larger product group and pillars to lead our Calling Twilio Infrastructure Provider team with their mission to provide a seamless and scalable HubSpot calling platform to serve our native calling offering.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the vision and direction of Calling Integrations - third party tools for voice, conversation intelligence, video dedicated to helping sales reps effectively win more deals and sales teams to scale their support.
- Lead the vision and direction of Calling Infrastructure team to execute the future of a reliable and scalable voice infrastructure.
- Explore complex and ambiguous problems across the calling integrator landscape, foster relationships with external partners, integrators and customers along with working across the product group to drive the platform strategy and long term roadmap for voice provider infrastructure.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders product, sales, marketing and customer success to create seamless, well-crafted customer experiences to continue to elevate calling as a channel.
- Operate as a critical member of the Product Triad - our system for building product collaboratively and strategically - alongside dedicated Design and Engineering partners
- Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch
- Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often
- Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company
- Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow

We are looking for people who have:
- Experience launching products successfully to customers
- Preferred but not required:experience working with partners, developers launching platforms/API’s for customer-facing products, experience working with voice, video and contact centers.
- Experience owning a product vision from creation to execution
- A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
- The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences
- A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others
- A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems
- Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills
- A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow
- A desire to deeply understand how HubSpot products work, and how our customers leverage them today
- The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate - often without perfect information
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- An understanding of the competitive Sales software space

Cash compensation range: 158100-253000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
