Overview

About the Role - This role is part of Instacart’s New Bets team. As part of the New Bets team, you will be responsible for scaling a totally new product aimed at helping customers save each week on Instacart. This role will also be responsible for helping standup new partner benefits for our IC+ membership.

About the Team - This role has a dedicated XFN team (engineering, design, data). You will also work very closely with teams across Instacart given the end-to-end nature of the product experiences you will be crafting.

About the Job

  • Drive strategy and iteration for a net new consumer product - you will be responsible for scaling it to from 0 users to something with company wide impact.
  • Be the “DRI” for a P0 company initiative in H2, and communicate strategy and progress weekly to senior leadership.
  • Define and launch new IC+ partnership benefits (e.g., existing Peacock benefit) in collaboration with our Partnerships & Marketing teams.
  • Ensuring that all work is done in a way that moves the Instacart platform forward (balancing short-term impact with long-term reusability).

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record shipping zero to one consumer products.
  • Strong product strategy skills - you have clear examples of transforming ambiguous problems into clear roadmaps that deliver organizational level impact.
  • Strong communication skills - experience presenting complex product strategy to internal leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience doing product “growth” work - think owning new user funnels, or driving existing user retention, etc.E
  • Experience working with external partners.
  • Experience in the eCommerce space.
