We are looking for Product Manager to join us in our 0 -1 journey solving complex problems in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Worldwide Vision Setting: Set a global vision for scalable marketing and engagement, inspiring innovation and fostering a culture of thinking big.
- InnovationEmpowerment: Empower teams to innovate by providing them with the necessary resources and support to drive product excellence.
- Roadmap Development: Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery commitments.
- Customer Delight: Delight customers through consistent ongoing improvements, gathering feedback, and translating it into actionable enhancements.
- Pricing and Positioning: Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximize market impact and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborative Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-impact features with quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.
- Product Launches: Drive product launches in collaboration with PR teams, executives, and other product management team members to ensure successful market entry.
- Evangelism and Awareness Building: Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among stakeholders, customers, and the broader industry.
A Day in the Life:
- Spend time with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and external landscape to inform product visions.
- Develop product vision, create innovative product concepts, and draft detailed product specifications.
- Review engineering designs for high-impact deliverables.
- Create compelling messaging to excite customers about product offerings.
- Consistently improve product quality through inspection and execution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management.
- Experience building 0-1 tech products from scratch.
- Someone who has worked on their own venture will have an extra edge.
- Ownership of roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Contributions to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
- Experience in managing technical products or online services.
- Representation and advocacy for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritisation and planning.
- The role is located in Bangalore, India. Although the candidate will primarily work from home, they should be prepared to attend occasional meetings with the team and stakeholders.
