Working from your base in Oslo, Norway or another European location , you will act as the primary partner for our clients, navigating sophisticated OT and IT environments to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope. This is a unique opportunity to own the full financial and contractual lifecycle of your projects, ensuring excellence in safety, risk mitigation, and strategic execution.Job Description
What You Will Accomplish
Drive Strategic Delivery:Lead end-to-end project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, and services to meet and exceed business objectives.
Cultivate Customer Relationships:Serve as the trusted point of contact for our customers, championing issue resolution and building lasting, effective partnerships.
Master Project Financials:Develop robust project plans and maintain strict budget control, utilizing your expertise to drive margin improvements and navigate complex variation orders.
Manage Risk and Quality:Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. You will ensure every deliverable adheres to our rigorous quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate and Grow:Provide clear communication on project health to leadership and stakeholders. You will actively capture lessons learned, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
Support Growth:Contribute your operational expertise to the tendering process, helping shape the future of our project portfolio. Who You Are
You are a seasoned professional with a passion for driving complex projects to success. You thrive in matrix environments where your ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across diverse teams is your greatest strength.
What You Bring:
Substantive experience managing complex, large-scale projects within an industrial or technical environment.
A solid educational background in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
The ability to communicate effectively, navigating both internal and external stakeholder needs with ease.
A flexible mindset, with the willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 25% of the time) to ensure project success.
You Might Also Have (Preferred Skills):
Professional certification such as PMP.
Valuable insight into the Energy sector or Electric Utility industry.
