We are looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager who would be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to customer success and ongoing relationship management, This role is a dynamic and multifaceted position focused on driving business growth. The person would be responsible for leading the ShortPoint partner channel, generating new clients through targeted lead qualification, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. As a remote team, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proficient at managing their time to drive results. We hope that the person hired for this role will grow into a full account management role after acclimating to our company, product, and sales process.
What you will do:
Lead ShortPoint partner channel
Finding new clients through the creation of lead targeting list (based on a clear target audience and parameters)
Qualify outbound leads and advance them to the next step of the sales cycle
Manage a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities
Engage with ShortPoint trial users to understand business requirements and qualify opportunities
Demonstrate ShortPoint features and functionality to prospective customers, aligning presentations to customer requirements
Identify opportunities to sell additional licenses to existing customers (Upgrade & Upsell)
Work as a customer success. Provide training and support to customers
Guide product roadmap by communicating feedback from customers to the product development team
Communicate ShortPoint value to a variety of users ranging from non-technical business users to IT team members.
Negotiate terms of purchase agreements with prospective customers
Participate in marketing activities
Maintain CRM data to track contacts and opportunities, create forecasts, and track renewals.
Develop relationships with partners to drive sales
Requirements
What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree
Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Previous experience working with SharePoint
Experience in a SaaS is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong initiative, organizational skills, and time management
Ability to handle complex problems
Customer-first orientation.
Track record of producing results independently in a remote work environment
