Your Responsibilities:
Join us in shaping the future of digital logistics. As a Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for strategically establishing and expanding our customer relationships in the B2B sector. You’ll convince decision-makers of the value of our SaaS solution, contribute your industry expertise, and guide the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal. Together with our presales team, you’ll develop customized solution concepts and actively drive our growth in one of our most important target industries.

Independently identifying, approaching, and acquiring new B2B customers in the SaaS sector
Analyzing customer needs and developing suitable solution scenarios in collaboration with the presales team
Managing the entire sales process—from initial contact to closing the deal
Preparing and negotiating proposals, framework agreements, and RFPs
Actively network and participate in industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
What you bring to the table:
5+ years of professional experience in sales—ideally in the B2B sector (SaaS, logistics, SCM, IT, or similar)
Strong sales skills with a “hunter” mentality and a knack for complex sales processes
Ability to communicate technical content clearly and persuasively
Structured, self-organized work style with a high degree of personal responsibility
Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally throughout Europe
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German/English)
