Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Performance Analyst to act as a business partner to our Senior Management teams. This is a high-impact role designed for a seasoned professional who thrives on turning complex data into the "story" of our sales performance.
You won't just be building dashboards; you will be the bridge between raw data and executive decision-making. We are offering this role on a part-time, flexible basis to attract a candidate with significant experience who values autonomy and the ability to drive results in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Reporting & Insights: Work with Rev Ops and senior commercial managers to deliver high-level visibility into quota attainment, pipeline health, and win/loss trends. You will be expected to provide the "why" behind the numbers, not just the "what."
Sales Leadership Liaison: Act as the primary analytical point of contact for Sales Leadership globally, presenting findings that directly influence commercial strategy and territory planning.
Remote Networking & Collaboration: Proactively build relationships across a remote-first team. You will navigate cross-functional boundaries (Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Product and Customer & Partner Experience) to ensure a single source of truth for revenue data.
Advanced Data Modeling: Analyze multi-dimensional datasets to identify correlations between business activities and long-term revenue growth.
Forecasting Excellence: Lead the refinement of sales forecasting models. Work closely with FP&A to bridge the gap between sales optimism and financial reality.
CRM Governance: Oversee the integrity of Salesforce data. You will provide the architectural insights needed to automate manual reporting and improve the user experience for the sales team.
Ad-hoc Strategic Projects: Support major business initiatives, such as new market entries, pricing strategies, or compensation plan modeling, with bespoke analytical deep dives.
Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Finance with experience of performance analysis. You have experience of managing and delivering to senior stakeholders including Sales VP, Commercial MD or C-level leadership.
Remote Mastery: Exceptional networking and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence peers and stakeholders in an international/remote/hybrid setting.
Technical Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Google Suite and CRM (Salesforce). Interoperability between Google Suite and Excel is a key requirement. Advanced experience with BI tools (Tableau+, Power BI, or similar) and Spark SQL for Databricks is highly preferred.
Commercial and Financial Acumen: You understand the sales cycle, the pressure of a closing month, and how to translate data into language that motivates sales teams. At the same time, you understand financial governance requirements and you can read a P&L and Balance sheet.
Highly-Autonomous: The ability to work independently in a part-time capacity, managing deadlines and stakeholders with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will live within a commutable distance of our London office.
Location: London office 1–2 days per week / Remote, 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Part-time
