We sell to industries with large, consumer-facing businesses such as: banking, financial services, insurance, fintech, gaming, ecommerce/retail, telco / media, utilities, etc.

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented, well organized and highly proactive Senior Sales Recruiter to join our growing HR team.

We’re looking for someone who possesses a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for driving full life cycle recruiting of Inside Sales, Regional Sales, Enterprise Sales in North America. We are looking for a talented, energetic recruiter who loves to help build an Amazing Sales teams. You will be responsible for reporting, offers, ensuring employees are on-boarded correctly and working closely with leadership on strategic planning of future headcount. This will be a remote position working from home with occasional visits to our Boston, MA office.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, recruiting and hiring professionals across a wide range of Inside Sales, Regional Sales, Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales roles (plus any others that the business requires)
  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Build solid relationships with leadership and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
  • Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
  • Partnering with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc) to drive the recruiting process through on-boarding
  • Assist with Employment Branding, Social Media and Campaigns to help attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years full cycle sales recruiting experience, in house, or in an agency setting required
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools preferably Greenhouse
  • Bachelor's Degree preferable
  • Experience with google products, gmail, gdocs, gsheets
  • Proven track record sourcing, interviewing and hiring passive candidates from top industries
  • Ability to articulate the Transmit story to candidates
  • Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
  • Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Understanding market compensation requirements.
