Position Overview
AutoRABIT is seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Salesforce Administrator to help scale and optimize our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Support operations.
This role will serve as a key hands-on administrator responsible for maintaining, improving, and expanding our Salesforce platform and connected GTM systems. The ideal candidate is an experienced Salesforce administrator with advanced declarative automation skills, experience supporting cross-functional business teams, and the ability to manage integrations, data quality, permissions, and operational workflows in a growing SaaS environment.
This position will work closely with RevOps leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to improve system scalability, reduce operational friction, and enhance user adoption across the organization.
This is a fully remote role based in Czechia, with working hours aligned primarily to U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Platform Ownership
Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments across multiple business functions.
Configure and maintain Salesforce using declarative tools including:
Flows
Validation rules
Permission sets
Profiles and roles
Record types
Page layouts
Approval processes
Reports and dashboards
Support ongoing platform improvements and help identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
Manage user provisioning, access controls, permission structures, and security best practices.
Perform ongoing system maintenance including sandbox management, release testing, troubleshooting, and platform health monitoring. Business Process & Workflow Support
Collaborate with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to support operational improvements and reduce manual processes.
Assist in scoping requests and evaluating technical feasibility for enhancements and new initiatives.
Support efforts to improve data governance, reporting accuracy, and operational consistency across teams. Integrations & GTM Systems Support
Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce and business applications such as:
Sales engagement platforms
Prospecting/data enrichment tools
Conversational marketing platforms
Customer support systems
Project management tools
Support field mapping, data synchronization, troubleshooting, and ongoing integration maintenance.
Collaborate with vendors and technical partners during implementation and enhancement projects.
Assist with operational integrations between Salesforce and project management/ticketing workflows (e.g., Wrike). Reporting, Data Quality & User Support
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational visibility and business decision-making.
Monitor and improve CRM data quality, consistency, and completeness.
Support users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and platform guidance.
Contribute to reducing ticket backlog and improving overall responsiveness of CRM support processes. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with RevOps leadership, Salesforce contractors, developers, and external vendors to support platform initiatives.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in solution discussions, testing, deployment validation, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls. Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a SaaS or high-growth business environment.
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required.
Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
Advanced experience with declarative automation tools, particularly Salesforce Flow.
Experience managing permissions, profiles, roles, sharing models, and user administration.
Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and connected GTM applications.
Good understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, and operational workflows.
Familiarity with: - SOQL
APIs
Sandbox management
Deployment/change management processes
Basic Apex troubleshooting/debugging
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, developers, and business stakeholders. (good English)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
Familiarity with modern Salesforce capabilities including AI and Agentforce concepts.
Experience supporting integrations with tools such as: - LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Cognism
Qualified
Similar GTM platforms
Experience with Tableau or similar BI/reporting platforms.
Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
Experience supporting global Salesforce organizations.
Experience working within RevOps or GTM Operations teams.
Experience with project management or ticketing workflow integrations. What Success Looks Like
