Who You Are BHG is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce administration, Conga Composer/Contracts, and DocuSign to support our enterprise lending platform. This role will serve as the primary administrator for business-critical document generation, electronic signature workflows, and Salesforce platform configuration while partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Lending, Compliance, and Business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly technical from an administration perspective, thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands enterprise business processes, and enjoys solving complex workflow challenges without requiring custom development. This individual will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, improving business processes, supporting production users, and driving continuous platform optimization. Travel requirement: Within the first 6 months of employment, all employees will travel to attend the BHG All Oars Experience. Following this event, ongoing travel is minimal—approximately 5-10% annually—for team on-sites, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration.
