We are looking for our Hybrid SEA Expert. Someone who masters the Google algorithms perfectly, but also understands that to profitably spend €7M, you need Ads (Copy, Images, Videos) that crush the competition.
Large-Scale Management: You will pilot and arbitrate a €7M+ advertising investment across 4 brands.
Strategy & Structure: You go far beyond "Smart Bidding." You structure accounts for perfect granularity, isolate top performers, and ruthlessly optimize Quality Score.
Scaling: You identify growth opportunities to scale campaigns without degrading ROAS.
Data Analysis: You live in Google Ads, GA4, and Excel. You make the data speak to justify every euro invested.
With this budget level, ad fatigue is your enemy. You are responsible for the creative performance.
Elite Copywriting: You write Google Ads (RSAs) and extensions that guarantee a CTR above market standards. You know exactly which words trigger a click.
"Performance" Art Direction: For Display, YouTube, and Social, you design (or brief) high-impact visuals and videos. You know that a 15-second video must hook the viewer in the first second.
Creative A/B Testing: You constantly test new angles ("Hooks") to feed the algorithm and maintain stable acquisition costs.
Supervise organic referencing (SEO) strategies.
Align SEO and SEA semantics to dominate the SERPs across our 4 brands, ensuring we don't pay for traffic we already own organically.
Proven Expertise: You have managed significant budgets (millions per year or >€100k/month). The figure of €7M excites you, it doesn't scare you.
The Rare Double Skill Set: You are a bidding mathematician AND an ad creative. You know that the best technical settings cannot save a boring ad.
Copywriting Skills: Your ad copy is sharp, error-free, and persuasive.
Multi-Brand Mindset: You can switch from Brand A's universe to Brand B's with agility.
Ads: Google Ads (Expert level), Google Ads Editor, Meta Business Manager.
Data: Google Analytics 4 (Advanced).
Creative: Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut (for video ads).
SEO/Analysis: [Semrush / Ahrefs / etc.].
