As a Senior Service Account Manager (Senior SAM) at Everpure, you will orchestrate the post-sales lifecycle and enterprise service delivery for our most critical customer accounts. Serving as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for strategic clients, you will bridge the gap between customer business priorities and Everpure’s internal CX, Product Management, and Engineering teams. In this high-impact role, you will eliminate operational friction, navigate complex escalations, and drive proactive risk mitigation to maximize platform adoption, customer retention, and long-term business growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Drive Strategic Customer Engagement & Governance: Lead post-sales service delivery and account service reviews for large enterprise accounts, partnering with customer executives and internal sales teams to align Everpure Platform capabilities with customer IT roadmaps and business priorities.
Orchestrate High-Severity Escalations & Proactive Support: Manage complex customer incidents and change control windows by orchestrating cross-functional responses across CX and Engineering to ensure swift resolution, minimal operational disruption, and seamless 24/7 engagement continuity.
Champion Customer-Inspired Product Enhancement: Translate customer operational feedback, feature requests, and technical needs into prioritized recommendations for Everpure Product Management and Engineering, directly influencing product quality and platform roadmaps.
Elevate Team Capability & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor Service Account Managers and author internal best-practice resources to elevate team-wide service delivery standards, operational consistency, and customer experience frameworks.
Experience: 6+ years relevant experience (customer-facing, large accounts, industry related role)
Enterprise Customer Relationship & Account Leadership: Demonstrated capability in managing large enterprise customer relationships in complex, matrixed technology environments, with a track record of driving account retention, technical adoption, and high-stakes stakeholder alignment.
Cross-Functional Orchestration & Escalation Management: Exceptional leadership and communication skills to navigate high-severity incidents, align multi-disciplinary internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support, Legal), and execute structured risk mitigation and capacity planning strategies.
Enterprise Data Infrastructure Expertise: Deep technical comprehension of enterprise data storage platforms, cloud ecosystems, and IT infrastructure operations, enabling effective technical dialogue, risk analysis, and architecture alignment.
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$97,000—$204,000 USD
