Team Overview:
The CXO Productivity team is a stream-aligned RD team that is working to develop features, tools, integrations and ML Models that drive meaningful improvements for our internal CXO (Customer Experience and Operations) team. This involves developing new tools that facilitate their work and inspire new working models to exist. This multidisciplinary team includes members from data science, product, design and software development. This work with stakeholders that deeply understand CXO workflows and pain-points to create solutions that drive efficiency, reduce toil and improve the way our clients’ experience our support organization.
The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Software Developer passionate about building the future of our internal tools and external CRM integrations. This role is essential for enhancing our existing infrastructure and developing innovative platforms. Your contributions will harness the collective capabilities of our diverse disciplines, bringing us closer to our vision of being the most human financial services company in the world.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Influence and implement the development of essential tooling solutions, directly boosting our internal process efficiency and empowering colleagues.
- Integrate AI models to streamline processes, enhance CXO team productivity, and reduce response times, significantly improving service quality.
- Clearly articulate ideas and strategies, ensuring alignment for the strategic application of AI and automation to improve CX and Ops productivity.
- Build strong connections across the team company, collaborating with key stakeholders to achieve unified objectives.
Skills you bring:
- Solid experience in software development, with a preference for Ruby, Rails and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with Temporal.
- Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries (React).
- Experience in public cloud development and deployment, especially AWS.
- Knowledge of best practices in profiling, logging, tracing, tracking, and experimenting.
- Ability to decompose work into deliverables with an emphasis on iterative delivery.
- Strong sense of accountability and independence, with a proactive approach to pushing projects forward.
- Effective in communicating ideas and project direction to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the synergy between design, product, and developer teams to rapidly ship high-quality experiences at scale.
Nice to haves:
- Proficient as a CRM developer with extensive experience in API integration, cloud computing, and Zendesk integration.
- Proficient with event-driven architecture, utilizing Kafka, and implementing GraphQL APIs.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying consumer-facing products, with a focus on solutions for power users.
- Experience in integrating AI models into product ecosystems.
