We’re seeking a Front End Senior Software Engineer II to join our Insights Help Desk team. Help desk is a real time application to better help support reps and managers service their customers with care, quality, and efficiency. Through the use of the HubSpot CRM we are able to better service customers on their journey through the customer lifecycle from sales all the way to service. Insights is a core member team of the Help Desk making sure that support managers have the right information and reports to help their support reps create an excellent customer experience.

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Comfortable in performing effective code reviews for your peers
  • Like the idea of working on a small, customer-driven development team of 3-5 engineers.

Cash compensation range: 186300-279500 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
